HOW WE WORK
TWO ROUTES IN.
ONE WAY OF
WORKING.

Both routes are finite, both end in something you own, and both begin with the same thirty minutes. JEEA is how we do Domain Intelligence, taking a leadership team from an ambiguous problem to a committed direction.

JEDAI is the product, proven on your own data inside your own boundary.

ROUTE ONE . SPECIALIST ENGAGEMENT
JEEA
Bring us a decision you keep deferring. Direction that is genuinely contested, an investment nobody will sign off, or a problem that keeps returning to the board in a different shape.
  • Time-boxed, with the end condition written down before it starts

  • Sits before delivery, before supplier selection and before serious money

  • Ends in decisions your executives own and can defend without us in the room

ROUTE TWO . PRODUCT
JEDAI
Bring us a capability gap. You know the problem and the obligation, and you need the platform that connects what you already have and evidences the decision.
  • A free Demonstrator before anyone commits time or money

  • A scoped pilot on your own data, inside your own boundary

  • Success criteria agreed in writing first, including what would count as failure

ROUTE ONE . JEEA
CLARITY BEFORE COMMITMENT

Just Enough Enterprise Architecture, pronounced Jiya. Deliberately finite, led by evidence rather than opinion, and it ends in decisions your executives own. It sits before delivery, before you choose a supplier and before you commit serious money, which is where the expensive mistakes get made.

Ambiguity
Frame
Test
Choose
Committed Direction

Everything narrows. Each gate is a decision you make rather than a stage we report on, and the branches stay open until a named trigger closes them.

Move 01
Frame
Agree the decision
A short, structured conversation with you and the people around you to settle the end state in one sentence, what is in and out of scope, and how the work will be governed. Days, not weeks.
YOU GET
Three agreed one-liners you own. Work that cannot produce all three does not proceed, and we will say so.
Move 02
Test
Find the real constraint
We name the business process in your own language, then look at it across variation, variety and volume from operational fact, and velocity and quality from the people doing the work. A structured slice, not a model of the whole enterprise.
YOU GET
The one question that gates the decision, with its answer checked against evidence and every gap owned and time-bounded.
Move 03
Choose
Decide, with the exits built in
Two to four genuinely different routes to the same end state, each stating what it proves, what it costs, what it closes off, and the trigger that tells you when to switch. We bring the evidence and the challenge, not a recommendation to rubber-stamp.
YOU GET
Decisions recorded as choices with named owners, and a sequence of work that is earned rather than assumed.
ROUTE TWO . JEDAI
THREE WAYS TO START

Each step is small enough to agree quickly and concrete enough to produce something. Nothing here requires a procurement exercise to begin.

WAY 1 OF 3
30
minutes
A First conversation
One question: what do you have to evidence, to whom, and by when? We establish the obligation and the deadline together. If there is no obligation with a date attached, we will say so rather than sell you something.
YOU LEAVE WITH
An honest read on whether we fit
WAY 2 OF 3 . FREE
24
hours
A day with the demonstrator
Twenty-four hours of hands-on access, free and pre-loaded, with little to set up. No installation on your estate and none of your data involved. It is the same first step our co-development partners took.
YOU LEAVE WITH
A view of the product on real questions
WAY 3 OF 3
D+5
days
Insight from real data
A scoped pilot inside your own boundary, on your own data. Not a cloud trial. Success criteria agreed in writing before it starts, including what would count as failure.
YOU LEAVE WITH
A measured baseline and three artefacts
OPEN INVITATION
If you work in defence, cyber, energy or trade compliance, the Demonstrator is free. You get twenty-four hours of hands-on access to see what Domain Intelligence does in your own field, with nothing to install and no commitment attached. Ask for it and we will set a date.
WHAT A PILOT PRODUCES
THREE THINGS LEAVE
WITH THE

ORGANISATION

A pilot is only worth running if something durable survives it. These three do, and they remain useful whether or not the engagement continues.

Domain Pack

The configuration that teaches JEDAI a domain: its actors, objects, rules, sources and decisions. The architecture is configured per environment by a Domain Pack, not rebuilt, so what you build in a pilot is what runs in production.

Evidence Pack

The record produced alongside a decision: the inputs, the actor, the reasoning, what needed a person, the action, its owner and date, how it was verified, and what the evidence could not establish.

Human-accountable

AI accelerates the analysis. Responsibility for the decision stays with a named person, who can inspect, challenge and override the output. Nothing changes your estate without a person approving it.

INSIDE A PILOT
WHAT THE FIVE DAYS ACTUALLY INVOLVE

Short, bounded and run against criteria set before it starts. The work is done on your data, inside your boundary, by people you have met.

Day 01

Agree the obligation

What has to be evidenced, to whom, and by when. Written down, with the measure of success and the measure of failure both named.

Day 02

Connect what exists

Read access to the feeds in scope. No modelling programme first, and no waiting on data quality work you have not funded.

Day 03

Build the Domain Pack

The actors, rules and decisions that matter in your environment. Progressive rather than complete, because useful output does not wait on a finished model.

Day 04 & 05

Produce and verify

Findings with their reasoning, actions with named owners and dates, and a baseline measured rather than claimed.

ENGAGE TENACIUM
START WITH
THIRTY MINUTES

One question, one conversation, and an honest answer about whether we are the right people for it. If the demonstrator is the faster route, we will say that instead.
