What’s the first thing you check each day?"The first thing I check is for any new opportunities of interest (both expected and unexpected) on the various public sector frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems which Tenacium is on."

What part of your day is the most unpredictable?"Most unpredictable parts of the day — but among the best — are the announcements from team members mentioning new qualifications gained or experiences contributing to their personal development. I’m amazed at what many of our busy team members are achieving outside the delivery to clients."

Who do you interact with most during the day?"It’s a mix but mainly internally with the leadership, given where we are on our journey of growth."

One small thing you do daily that helps keep big-picture plans on track?"Focus on alignment with our strategy in all that we do. Being so small we need to prioritise ruthlessly which requires iron self-discipline. This doesn't mean that we’d ignore an opportunity from left-field if it is strategically right for our business."
